Quarterly “Feed My Sheep” collections of food and funds support local nonprofits
Our second quarter "Feed My Sheep" donations will be given to Masada House. It is a nonprofit women’s transitional sober living home located at 610 N. Dustin Ave. Established in 2009, its mission is to provide a safe, supportive, home-like environment for adult women recovering from substance abuse. It focuses on helping residents transition from intensive treatment or incarceration back into independent, responsible living.
Here's a new video they recently released about their new house called Delahunty House. The Delahunty's are letting them use this house. One of their residents was able to get custody of her children again and is living there! She's able to pay a subsidized rent and even bought a car recently. Here's her touching testimony.
You can still donate to Masada House through the end of June. Please make your checks payable to Bethany Christian Church with "Masada House" in the memo section

For their Christmas project, the three Sunday School classes, combined to donate $400.00 to Heifer International, which was enough to purchase 2 sheep, 1 goat & 2 flocks of chickens.
Heifer supports farmers and their communities as they mobilize and envision their futures, provides training so they can improve the quantity and quality of the goods they produce and connections to market to increase sales and incomes.
